At Oroglow Professional, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality skincare products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product was missing from your order.

To be eligible for a return request:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Original labels, seals, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with tampered packaging or broken seals.
  • Products purchased during clearance, liquidation, or special sale events (unless damaged or defective).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Registered Email Address
  • Product Name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged, missing, or incorrect product claims)

Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.


Return Approval Process

Once your request is received, our quality team will review the details and may contact you for additional information.

If your return request is approved:

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup where available.
  • In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.
  • Return shipping costs incurred by the customer will be reimbursed only if the return is approved due to our error.

Approval or rejection of a return request is at the sole discretion of Oroglow Professional after investigation.


Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved refund method after collecting the necessary bank details from the customer.


Refund Processing Time

After approval:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take an additional 2–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Oroglow Professional is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
