RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to hygiene standards, skincare and haircare products cannot be returned once opened. However, in certain eligible cases, we do accept returns and issue refunds.

Eligible Return Cases

We accept returns only if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product delivered is damaged

  • The product delivered is expired

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • There is a change of mind, fragrance preference, or personal dislike

  • Damage occurred after delivery

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@oroglowpro.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID and clear images/videos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup.

  4. The product must be sealed and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after product verification.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
