3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Razorpay).

• We do not store credit/debit card information.

4. Order Confirmation

• Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

• Orders may be cancelled if incorrect address, payment failure, or out-of-stock issues arise.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery timelines: 3–7 business days depending on location.

• In rare cases (remote PIN codes, public holidays), shipping may take longer.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and haircare products cannot be returned once opened or used.

• Returns are only accepted for wrong/damaged products received.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, only if not shipped yet.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions — customers must check ingredients before use.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, logos, and product information on this website belong to OrogLow Professional.

• Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in Delhi jurisdiction.
